Does Emirates have anything except "international network"?

No - just international. Having spent time in the UAE, there is not much reason to have a domestic network. Besides Dubai and Abu Dhabi, there is an international airport in Sharjah, but small and international only. Also the Sharjah airport is about an hour drive from the Dubai airport.
