Premier 1A jet crashes into house near South Bend airport
Local news media say an aircraft has crashed into a home near South Bend Regional Airport in northern Indiana. The South Bend Tribune, WSBT-TV and WNDU-TV report the neighborhood where the plane crash was being evacuated because of a gas leak. WSBT reported on its Twitter feed that the plane was a Lear jet. Isn't this the third crash of a Premier jet in the past month or so, all fatal?
Yes it is....1 in France....1 in Georgia... And this one. All with fatalities.
Makes you wonder if there is a similar problem that keeps reoccuring. Jack Roush crashed one of these at Oshkosh a few years back, got too slow.

That was a major mix up between a departing Piper Cub - which had been told to turn left immediately on take-off, and N6JR who turned on final cleared to land, only to find a Piper Cub rolling down the runway.
N6JR should have added full power and gone around, or if he'd been monitoring departures would have known the Piper was going to turn out of his way.
Instead the aircraft (N6JR) had an aerodynamic stall.
