United Improves?

I recently flew on CO, and a new CEO speech was shown. Very interesting, it announced a new terminal B at Houston, more gates to be added in Chicago and upgraded airport lounges in its hubs. And that it will be installing Wifi, flat bed seats on all international flights and will upgrade its P.S 757 fleet. After reading UAs ranked number 1 for pax complaints, it looks like this new CEO has lots of promises for the new company and looks like we can expect better service. (www.click2houston.com) Altro...
