Very unimpressed. Started as good visit. We stopped here on our way from Norfolk, VA to Moline, IL. The woman at the desk was very friendly and accommodating throughout the visit but the rest of the staff were below expectations and/or outright rude. Upon our return from lunch, the FBO was preparing to load a chartered 737 with a football team on their way home. Apparently these professional rock tossers were so important and godly, that the rest of us paying customers were mere scum. The FBO staff tried to shoe us off in a hurry and more or less shove us out of the way. They even so far as to try to have the turd TSA agent on hand to harass us when we were about to start up and leave. The level of service and attitude here was deplorable and I doubt will return for a while if ever. If you are 'just some GA' pilot flying on your own accord, find a better place to stop.
