40000ft travel high
Excellent! what kind of equipment to you use? I shoot high aircraft also and can appreciate one this clear. It can not get much better so a 5 vote it is!
I just shot an Emirates A380 this morning at that altitude heading from Dulles to Dubai. It is in the sun field so the light angle is not the best here in southeastern Pa.

i use a Canon EOS 1DX Mk II with an EF 100-400mm F4,5-5,6 L IS II.
But for my opinion it is not the best equipment for such shots. A fixed lens with 500 to 600mm would have better results but they are too expensive for me as an amateur ...
