Kinda have to agree with the Preacher. Speaking as a Capt. myself, one mishap could be viewed as unfortunate, but the same mishap occuring twice by the same PIC in two different A/C is 100% pilot negligence.

Shackles on both feet with 1ft. long chain and 40 pound steel balls should do it (LOL!!!). Seriously speaking the captain seems to require a once through physical and psycological for he lacks good judgement.

Sounds like this particular captain is more susceptible to hypoxia than some folks. Time to keep him down low of give him an extra big oxygen bottle!

Are we now waiting for the 3 shoe to fall. We all should be given a second chance and that pilot had his, unless it was a problem with his oxygen.

Alcohol effects people differently, wouldn't altitude be the same.?

Wonder if the captain doesn't have some sort of physiological issue.

LOL. I'm kinda like Richard above wondering if they filled them; but, the co pilot didn't have any trouble, so I guess he was playing macho and not using them.:)
