Though "ramp fee" is listed on this page, there's usually no such fee for piston singles, unless staying overnight... I regret an earlier poster seems to have had a negative experience; my experience is that Bill does a great job running the FBO, and as a very experienced pilot himself, often goes out of the way to help pilots.
