I am a fairly new pilot and just bought my first plane. This was an anniversary trip with my wife. I called Vail Valley Jet Center prior to the trip and talked to Dannie and Leanne. They gave me the details of pricing and other information, and were very helpful.
We arrived in our 1965 Piper Cherokee 180, and the staff treated us like we arrived in a Citation or a Gulfstream. There was snow in the forecast, so they had already figured out how to get me in the hangar. Our rental car was brought around to us and the line guys were great.
As an extra surprise, Leanne had called our hotel and arranged for some Champagne to be delivered for us. Talk about going the extra mile.
The next day, Robin helped close us out, and the line crew was right there to help with anything during our pre-flight. Definitely an outstanding FBO experience. We will be back! Piper Cherokee |
