First Class operation... Showed up late in a single engine piston and was treated like royalty! Had hotel arrangements made and with a van waiting by the time we secured the aircraft. All this with no prior notice. Great place to clear customs late in the day also. I can't say enough about the great hospitality shown by everyone. MAULE MT-7-260 Super Rocket |

The actual facility here is nice and organized, similar to the rest of shell FBOs. The staff on the other hand are not your typical staff working at shell FBO, they are not friendly and don’t bother to even say hello when you walk in to their facility as a customer. The person at the front desk will give you attitude no matter how polite you are inquiring about things. I felt unwelcome and even felt like I was being annoying asking the fuelers to fuel our aircraft. They looked like they hated their jobs, depressed and did not care about their customer service. Unlike the US shell FBOs where they roll out the red carpet out for us, this is far from calling it good customer service. I’ve been through here a few times and soon I will request a different FBO since a place with this kind of staff does not deserve my business. I'm surprised to see a few good reviews for location.
