According to the US Energy Information Administration burning coal to generate electricity releases approximately 50% more carbon dioxide into the atmosphere per unit of energy than burning gasoline.

Beauty of BC, electric power generation, 95% of it is hydro electric. Good area for this application of new tech!
But for all those Tesla owners in gas and coal electric generating areas why?
