Lockheed C-130 Hercules —
1715 over the fence at Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater (KPIE). On my way to the doctor I saw them doing a touch and go, and I always have one of my cameras with me :).

This Hercules is a HC-130H, originally obtained with a USAF procurement s/n 85-0052, msn 382-5037 according to Joe Baugher's information.
It was later transferred to the USCG and assigned the USCG aircraft number of 1715.
