Pretty amazing that AC are flying their Dreamliners to the other side of the Atlantic to park them in a maritime environment. Maybe it's more about positioning them for the recovery? Just saying.
Chris robey I was told it was here for parking but it is also in for some maintenance.shannon gets aircraft for storage in the winter and airlines that have ceased operations. Like air berlin,monarch,thomas cook...
Okay, thanks Brian. That makes sense. Alice Springs is starting to do a similar trade. Not for maintenance, just for storage.
