Lockheed C-130 Hercules (73-1594) - ZAPER33 coming in on 3 engines after declaring emergency. For some reason they requested for cables to be laid out at the beginning of runway 30.

Flying a C130 on 3 engines isn't a big deal. It will fly fine on 2. I was on a 130 flight from Hue-Phu Bai to Cam Ranh on 3 engines and had no problem with landing at all.
