So sad to see this ol Workhorse leave us. My primary escape Air Craft from Norfolk.

Does this mean the end of Douglas aircraft manufacturing ? They continued to live thru the merge with McDonnell and now it's gone ? I am a avid DC-3 fan and this is very sad if it is true.
