Great photo, Thanks! Appears to be passenger carrying. Does anyone know how old this aircraft style might be?
The story of the Fox Moth is here: https://www.baesystems.com/en/heritage/de-havilland-dh83-fox-moth

First aircraft i flew in was a Fox Moth. Would have been the mid 1950's at Southport Beach UK. A few years later was an aircadet and flew numerous times in De Havilland Chipmunks out of RAF Woodvale.

Beautiful aircraft and restoration, and a great snap, Kurt!

IFE (In-Flight Entertainment) for pax for no additional charge - consisted of watching the passing scenery, and maybe some light aerobatics!

Back when the passengers were as gutsy as the pilot!! Can you imagine the noise with the exhaust just outside, and the tingling on your toes?? Excellent photo!

adelma Thank you.

Max Ward had one of these, it was his first bushplane, later company formed into Wardair, of course long gone now. I use to fly in Wardair 747 to Barbados in the 70's.
