Not sure about the colors on the tail flag. Center stripe yellow or white, Romania or France.

I think 707s will fly forever. What a great bird.
The registration is N707GF which is USA. The tail flag looks like Rumania but I thought they had the red on the leading edge side. It makes me a little unsure.
This is a former Romanian Government jet (YR-ABB) which infamously served as Nicolae Ceaucescu's private aircraft.
707-3K1C; MSN 20804; delivered new to TAROM April 1974.
Also flew for the Romanian government (Romavia) after Ceaucescu's ouster.
Aircraft carried reg YG-ABB during entire service in Romania.
WFU 2010 and migrated to Georgia USA sometime between 2010 and 2015.
Was flying with Omega Air 2015, currently ?

Airfleets draws a blank, but the 707 isn't a 'supported airplane'. Hmm...
