McDonnell Douglas DC-10 (ZK-NZP) - Lovely rare photo of this once magnificent aircraft touching down in Sydney R34L from NZAA. Air NZ had eight DC10-30 in there fleet sadly this one perished a year later after this photo on a sight seeing flight on 28 November 1979 with 257 passengers and crew aboard never to return. A well maintained aircraft known as the green and blue birds of the Pacific in there time. RIP to all aboard TE901
