There are so very many stolen or fake photos in the FA gallery now that it is extremely difficult to know anymore when a photographer's post is really his (or her) own work. And for that reason, I find that I'm gradually more and more reluctant to comment on, or rate, any photos; every day, the odds become better that the pics are either photo-edit-fakes or swiped from another source. But Gordon, I'm going to take a chance and trust that your posts are your own pics and that they are not photo-edit-phonies, and I simply cannot let this one go without praising it. An absolutely incredible capture!!! Astounding!! Five plus. And TYVM for sharing it here. (Two Thumbs Up)

Thank you for your positive comments, and I am with you on the authenticity of many photos, both here and in general on the internet. I can assure you that ALL my photos both here and elsewhere are my original work, and editing is kept to rotation and colour correcting. I may remove a few specks or an oof bird sometimes, but nothing that would change the true moment! Thanks and regards, Gordon.

I am also not happy that FlightAware does not put a larger watermark, that would be harder to eliminate from the pirated photos!

Gordon, your folder is filled with shots that are way beyond outstanding. And I'm not just referring to the quality. Lots of variety, etc. It is time well spent to click on a pic in your folder and take time to view it closely because it presents a scene exactly as the human eye would see it. Your pics are a pleasure to view. TY for sharing.

Thanks Gary again, and I have also spent hours going through your gallery. Contrary to most shots, yours are all well exposed and edited, and excellent quality in sharpness. We might not have the variety of a US based airport here, or LHR or similar, but we have an advantage as we, or I can reach the airfield even if the a/c is already on approach, or if using the correct runway, just go outside the door!
