Beechcraft Super King Air 200 (N505J)
In front of the FBO at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway. This aircraft has numerous antennas and a camera; it appears to be a geo mapping aircraft.

That certainly looks like the "plain Jane" economy vanilla paint option on this King Air!
Could it be a RC-12 Guardrail? Just not in army markings yet
It could be, however the tail number is registered to a geo-mapping company so I doubt it.
