Another vintage aircraft from the Shuttleworth Collection. It looks like the people on either side of the Blackburn B2 aircraft are taking the plane for a walk. In fact they serve an important function, as wing walkers, human tillers of sort. Because the aircraft is a tail dragger with no rear wheel, the wing walkers help steer the aircaft while taxiing, by applying pressure on the leading edge of the wing, of course the rudder takes over during the take off roll, once enough power is applied.
