I hope that's a frangible piece of fencing there.
Lots of images of this end of the runway. Well-known for plane watchers. Aircraft land over the beach between the Sunset Beach Bar/Restaurant and the Sonesta Maho Beach Resort.

NO VASI at TNCM
Impressive. But why would a small jet like that need to cut it so close. There's plenty of runway for that one unless he is trying to reduce taxi time. Or maybe just showing off.
