Gulfstream Aerospace Gulfstream 3 (N339SC)

According to the FAA info, this is a “James A. Vanek Sportcopter II.” It is not in New Mexico but is flying around ERV. It is not shown on ERV's schedule nor on N339SC's. This aircraft flew around and across my property 5 times this morning, 6-3-20, from 1031 to 1046. In my opinion, this aircraft would not be a good investment because it emits an extremely loud, obnoxious noise that is truly off the wall, and it is a legal nuisance. Its flight around ERV today was a serious harassment to my ranch and to all the people who must suffer living around the Kerrville Airport. The rights of property owners around ERV must be considered first against the rights of a few people who want to fly disruptive aircraft over their homes. Now after being stuffy I would like to ask, "Have you flown this over Roswell and how many times has N339SC been reported as a UFO?"
