Airplane Owner Finds Bullet Hole, Bullet In His Airplane
You think your airplane is pretty safe in its hangar, but Cessna 182 owner Tim Hartwick of North Little Rock, AR no longer has that peace of mind. That's because Hartwick recently found a .45 caliber bullet in his airplane ... accompanied by a hole in the engine cowl and a hole in the hangar roof. They need to study ballistics better. Bullets fired perfectly straight up return to earth at terminal velocity. Those that are not will return at higher velocities depending on the trajectory.
