Maybe they got tired of being know as BUTTLER aviation amongst the old timers!

Early in my day, any FBO but buttler, later on, any FBO but signature. Neither were particularly welcoming to the late night freight dogs and that carried over to not a freight dog Lear driver these days but a Challenger driver that never forgot the early days.

I would avoid Signature as much as possible. The times I did have to use them, the service was subpar, fuel truck would take forever to show up, and their prices were always so much higher than other FBO’s. Nice facilities though.
