Delta passenger in first class arrested in flight attendant assault
A Delta passenger sitting in first class allegedly assaulted a flight attendant, calling him homophobic slurs, throwing ice at him and hitting him in the chest with a phone, according to an arrest affidavit. Christopher Alexander Morgan was flying home to Arizona from Atlanta on Friday when the incident unfolded, the FBI report says. this ought not to be unusual- meaning the arrest. If the proscribed offense is committed, automatic arrest and detention at the next stop. Perhaps his majesty could have been ejected or evicted before takeoff when he already was being combative: just taxi back in and off the plane he goes. If anybody wants to be imperial as CHris MOrgan was, then simply charter your own jet and be obnoxious as you will.
Simple solution here. Federal no-fly list for 20 years minimum. He can drive from now on. FULL STOP.And let his employer know. Say goodbye to your career buddy.
