I have heard some pretty interesting dressing downs by ATC on the radio before and the one that stops them all is, "Got a pen handy, contact this # when you complete this flight".

Considering they could not understand what he wanted they were the ones who needed to be dressed down. Not the first time its happened that they could not speak or understand the universal language on here. It has caused crashes and killed people they need to be better at it.

My point linbb is that the "got a pen handy" from the controller stops the whole exchange. I was not siding with another English deficient crew. My wording may have been a bit misconstrued but to the average pro pilot the concept was there. The controller has the big stick.
