Cuban regulator says Air Cubana Boeing 737 crash was due to pilot error

On May 2018, a Boeing 737 from Air Cubana plunged into the fields of South Havana shortly after taking off from Havana International Airport. 112 people were killed in the fatal crash. One passenger survived with critical injuries. There were initially four survivors, but three died at a local hospital later.
