Sun Country forgets to load an entire flight’s worth of baggage

Oops I bet someone won’t get fired for this. What more to be said we saw all the luggage just didn’t feel like loaded it. Lol
the article states the problem came from "issues on the ground",and has no further explanation..i don't know how sun country operates,but on a major carrier,the bags are brought from the bag belt to the airplane in bag carts labeled for a particular flight and destination..occasionally a bag is missed or put on the wrong airplane,but that is usually caught..bag belts are automated and computerized also to read the bag tags..an "on the ground"problem sounds like the ramp employees just didnt load the bags for some reason,so the cargo hold doors would be open and the area empty..surely the captain would have noticed???????
