Air Canada Boeing B767 hydraulic leak emergency over Atlantic
An Air Canada Boeing 767-300, registration C-GHOZ performing flight AC-898 (dep May 30th) from Edmonton,AB (Canada) to London Heathrow,EN (UK) with 189 people on board, was enroute when the center hydraulic system failed due to a leak. Doh... Why is this news.... This was a simple failure on a multi-redundant system... Nothing was ever endanger... Crap happens, crew did what they were supposed to do, landed safely, no one hurt, now some mechanic has a plane to fix which is probably already back in service.
