Jet Blue Flt #1694 2-9-18 Missed Approach into Westchester NY (HPN) Reportedly Due to Ground Control Traffic Problem

Jet Blue FLT #1694 MCO to HPN on 2-9-18 was on final approach to 1100 ft (MSL) with airspeed down to approximately 140 kts when it had to abort the landing reportedly due to ground traffic problem. HPN is a relatively small airport so having a ground control problem requiring a pax jet to abort its landing on late final seemed to be quite odd. Flt # 1694 did a go around and landed safely.
