Man passes DFW airport security, boards plane without ticket
U.S. transportation security officials are investigating how a man was able to pass through a security checkpoint without a ticket at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and board a commercial airliner, airport officials said on Monday. An airline agent discovered what happened before the flight departed and called airport police, who arrested the man on criminal trespassing charges, the airport said. Because TSA.
Don't forget the airline rep that should have checked his ticket prior to entering the jetway.
No one is acknowledging that this guy had to go through the same security checkpoints as everyone else so how could he have posed a security threat? Boarding a flight without permission in the form of a ticket is simply tresspassing.
So did he convince his girlfriend to get off the plane? Inquiring minds want to know.
I was with Rodney Dangerfield one time, and we jumped the fence, and flew the plane.
The matter being addressed in this article is SECURITY,not a darn soap opera. Your lovelorn, disconsolate guy could of had a BOMB, GUN, or KNIFE on him to kill his ex and many innocence people because she dumped him.("If I can't have her ,nobody can" weak minded sicko mentality) As far as the poorly attended checkpoint, what do you want instead of stanchions, metal walls? That's find with me. However,if every checkpoint had an armed LEO with a loaded gun, doing hours of operation, you wouldn't have this problem. By the way,New Orleans have LEO's with GUNS on their checkpoints doing all hours of operation.
