Tee Hee...bad joke. Totally says more about bogus airline awards than real life experience of those of us who pay the freight
LOL, they must have improved tremendously from a couple of years ago, when the only category they could hope to achieve recognition in was "Sardines in a Can".
You're kidding???!!! The tightest seats crossing the Atlantic; ten abreast in a plane designed for eight. The "dinner" served on their winter fights to Lisbon...a sandwich! Lisbon to Toronto with stop in Montreal...one hour crammed in the over heated/ non ventilated elevated transporter with no seating for 80 year olds; walk in winter weather on the tarmac for about 50 metres to board a similar plane to Toronto with no seat assignments for this last segment. And this was one of the better flights with AT.
Just who did they pay to get this award??
Did they ask passengers who are crammed in like sardines??

Be interesting to know how many passengers suffer from DV thrombosis after these flights because they cannot move??

I’ve always found them excellent compared to their competitors. I use them whenever possible.
