1) What is the aircraft make and model?

2) Since it is painted as a Netherlands Air Force trainer, why the civilian ID when there isn't one visible?
Champdriver
The aircraft in the photo is a Fokker S.11 Instructor.
First flown in 1947 it was designed for initial pilot training and is powered by the Lycoming O-435A of 190 HP. Around 380 were built until 1953 and the team Fokker Four has 4 of them and perform at airshows in Europe.
The civilian registration is under the horizontal stabilizer in the shadow.
