"The OV-1C, Mohawk aircraft was manufactured by the Grumman Corporation between 1959 and the 1970s. The Mohawk was an observation aircraft and saw extensive service in the Vietnam War. During the Cold War the aircraft patrolled borders with Communist Eastern European countries. The aircraft was used in the Gulf War. It last saw extensive duty in the DMZ of Korea. The aircraft was retired in 1996."
