Ex US Military? I think they were used to ferry spare jet engines between NATO bases in Europe.
Reminds me of a bumble bee. Aerodynamically, it can't fly but no one has ever told it so.
Used to fly in those between Boston and White Plains, NY on Command Airways in 1979-80.
