What a gorgeous photo!
I have no idea which air force owns this F16, but the cited tail number belongs to a Minnesota based Piper Cherokee.
Portugal LOL No N - just 15-107
I want to know who took the photo and how?
Also who and how and why it was painted this way?

Photoshop ??
It's a legit livery. Check out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6u_sXrTsYik
What a true work of art, photo, livery and aircraft!
It's the livery made for the 2025 Tiger Meet in Portugal, this is a Portuguese F 16
What a beauty !!
Completely PHOTOSHOPPED....but nice print.
WOW!!!!
The new “Tiger Squadron”? Great markings!
Sem dúvida a melhor pintura do NTM2025! Bravo também ao Jorge pela excelente captura!
@Jorge if you change the aircraft type to the correct ICAO code F16, then your photo will be correctly identified and indexed in the FA photo database.
That's Awesome!
