BOEING 767-300 (N114FE)
"Jade" (N114FE), a dawn hour (5:32 AM) arrival from Memphis, reverses thrust and spoils the air flow over and under the wings as it begins to slow after landing on Runway 16L.
Comments
This was taken a mere three weeks after the longest day(light) day of the year (June 21) and on THAT day the sun was up by 5:30 AM, but now, just 3 weeks later, the daybreak light was not anywhere near as bright as it had been on June 21.
Saw this in the thumbnail and thought it looked like a Reno shot from the master and so it was. Superb exposure for the available light, motion, workhorse aircraft, it's all there. 5 big ones and more. Doesn't take long for the light to change!
You've got that right (about the light). Looked out this morning at 5:15 AM and it was D A R K. Next thing I know the snow will be flyin'. (Grin) TY for the comp.
Great lighting Gary!
You were up early Gary.........
