Flashback to 2008 ~~
Some friends recently suggested that I share several of my older photos here. I asked if there were any they liked in particular, and this was one.
This photo, the first pic of N796AX to be posted into FA's photo gallery, was taken back in 2008. In the seven years since this shot, N796AX has been reclothed into bright yellow DHL garb.

Hi, Mark. TYVM for the compli. I have pics posted on a couple of non-public sites and some members of those sites felt that I should share some of my older snaps on a public aviation website. Since I do not post to either of the aviation photo snob sites (Jet Photos and A.net), I am looking back thru my old snaps to see what I may want to post here. I have found some that were formerly posted on a privately-run site until the owner decided to shut it down (causing thousands of photos contributed by over 50 members to be instantly deleted), but I've also found many photos, like this one, that have never been publicly posted. Even tho these aren't SQ shots, since some acquaintances think they are good enough and have urged me to share publicly, I'll do it.
