I guess it depends on the pilot's confidence in himself, the bird, and the weather. Cessna says
Balanced Field Length: 4220 ft
Landing Distance: 4407 ft.
Clearly one will not operate into that airfield with a loaded airplane.

Right, it's based on whole safety margin plus Pilot's confidence, CJ/CE525 has much better short field operating performance (less 3500ft) than most Jet. BTW, Runway34 is a down hill profile, good balance support for taking off.....
