747 cargo jet declares emergency

A Boeing 747 has landed without incident at Paine Field after declaring an emergency that prompted emergency crews to scramble Tuesday afternoon. The Atlas Air 747-400 Dreamlifter cargo plane had departed the Snohomish County Airport in Everett for Japan.
