Keeping a professional presentation and retaining respect at a workplace can sometimes be as big of a Christian witness as distributing videos or talking to people. Sounds like this guy deserved to lose his job if that was the way he was acting. Besides, if you had been fired, would you really want to go back and work for the same people who you are fighting in court?
