TWO Chicago airport security officers have been fired and a third resigned for their roles in dragging a doctor off an overbooked United Airlines flight for refusing to give up his seat. I still like the Southwest airlines advertising response, inspired by this lamentable United incident:

"We beat the competition, not you"

What were these thugs thinking - they managed to get even America a bad name.
